At ZeenWear, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be fully happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, you may return your item(s) in accordance with the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

In the original packaging, including all tags, inserts, or accessories.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@zeenwear.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.

We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Ship the item back to the provided return address.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional few days to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Defective or Wrong Item Received
